The Professional Engineer that signs/seals the final report, will conduct the site inspection.

It is important to see, touch, and feel the damage/failure in order to be prepared for providing testimony if such becomes necessary. There will not be an office engineer signing reports from an inspection by a technician, and no independent contractor Professional Engineers will be used.

We make extraordinary efforts to locate the cause and origin of damage in difficult to reach areas.

Navigating cramped, dirty, and/or hot spaces during inspections allows us to confirm the origin for the damage, rather than others that avoid difficult site work resulting in weak conclusions containing potential origins of damage. If your forensic engineer isn’t exhausted and/or dirty when leaving the site, the job isn’t through.

We utilize unconventional public data sources for unique perspectives.

In addition to the typical tried and true data sources, we have conversations with or locate photographs from under-utilized sources that many times will provide the “Eureka” moment for reported damage.
